1. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom coffee blends or personalized packs
  • Opened or used coffee products

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at ezz3official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team
  3. Ship the item back — return shipping is paid by the customer (unless item is defective or damaged)

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned coffee product, we'll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different blend, size, or coffee type, please return the item and place a new order separately.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect coffee product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a refund or replacement at no extra cost.
